2012 Farm Field Trip - June 11 & 12, 2012

The dates are now set for the annual farm field trip to Morning Sound Farm!  A map is included below for reference.

We are inviting all the four year old classes (all morning and afternoon sessions to meet at the farm at 10:00 am). Both AM and PM classes will attend together for a hands on tour of the farm and its animals, including a hay ride. Please dress appropriately for the weather as we will attend in Rain or Shine (hat, sun block, runners or rubber boots- comfortable footwear, insect repellent, umbrella, etc.) We will break for a picnic lunch which you will provide for you and your child.  We ask that you kindly abide by our nut free policy-thank you. Remember to bring a blanket or lawn chair. The approximate tour end time is 1:00 pm.

Parents! Guardians will be responsible for their child, to transport, supervise and accompany your child throughout the time of our visit at the farm. Due to the program planning, hands on tour & combined class numbers* sorry, no siblings are allowed to attend. There will be no classes on this day as we will be at the farm field trip, so if your child and you are unable to attend it will be a day off.

The cost of the students' admission of the tour to the farm will be covered and paid by The Little Years School. Parents/Guardians cost is $5.75 each, payable ONLY by cash in advance given to your child's Teacher along with the signed permission slip. Rain or shine the farm is prepaid - no refunds.
